The Bhagavad-Gita is the divine advise by the Ultimate Power, Lord Krishna and is the sacred scriptures of all Hindus.The Bhagavad Gita consists of  about 700 verses, and is a part of the epic Mahabharat.

2) Krishna advises Arjuna that a warrior has a duty to uphold the path of dharma through warfare.

3) If knowledge is more important than action then why action is necessary.So, Krishna advises Arjuna
    that performing his duties for the welfare, is the appropriate action.

   benefial, but that acting in Karma Yoga is superior.

    "axe of detachment",so that one can go beyond to his supreme abode

16) Krishna explains that one must give up lust, anger and greed, justify the right and wrong action.

17) Krishna tells of three divisions of faith and the thoughts, deeds and even eating habits corresponding
     to the three gunas.

18) Finally, Krishna tells Arjun to abandon all forms of dharma and simply surrender unto him,which the
     real way of justifying the life.
