This Vinayaka temple is located in Idagunji,small place in Karnataka,about 44 kms.from Gokarna-Mahabaleshwar.This Ganesha is a bachelor and has two hands.He has sweets in left hand and a lotus in right hand.He has ornaments allover the body.There is a procession ceremony of this deity every year in 'Magh'(Late January).Every year more than one million devotees visit this place. This shrine exists before 1500 years.According to old scriptures ,Lord Ganesha stayed in the place Kunjaranya which is now renowned as Idagunji.
