This is located at Gandhisagar,near 'Shukrawar lake',in front of the statue of Shri.Lokamanya Tilak.The idol is four handed and holds in hand,weapons,rosery modak etc.There is a curve of moon on the forehead.A spaceous pandal is erected here.Army chief Mudhoji Bhonsale constructed this temple in the year 1788 and there after it was developed by shri. Shreehari Govindrao Tmahankar in the year 1942.
